Celebrating faces and the joy of cards, VIZA\u011cO features bold and colourful faces on all 54 cards (including the jokers)<\/em>. Through colour and detail, these cards are meant to be enjoyed, whether treasured for play or put on display\u00a0 :)<\/p>\n VIZA\u011cO draws inspiration from a range of whimsical ceramic teapots I made while working in clay. Influenced by wood-cut techniques, bold lines and segmented colour brings a unique quality to the artwork. Each suit, defined by its colour palette, has vibrant Kings, Queens & Jacks taking centre stage, cheered on by aces and number cards adapted around stylised faces.<\/p>\n VIZA\u011cO\u00a0[Vi-za-joh]<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 means\u00a0Face<\/strong>\u00a0in Esperanto, a language inspired by a desire to connect and bring people together.<\/p>\n Lumina (red) and Lumino (blue) are a name-play on light and dark.
